The name
Limenis Latin for threshold — the strip of stone under a doorway. Not the room you left and not the one you're entering. The place where you stand while you decide. Everything the house makes is for the people standing there.
Chapters, not seasons
Fashion counts in seasons; lives count in chapters. Each LIMEN collection is a numbered chapter with its own idea, and pieces stay available until their run is done — not until a calendar says so. Chapter 00 is called The Quiet Year: the year of building before anyone is watching.
The stitch
Every piece carries one oxide bar-tack at the left cuff or hem — a few millimetres of rust-red thread. It marks the threshold. You'll see it on yourself a hundred times a day. Almost nobody else will notice. That's the point.
The inside
The outside of a garment is quiet; the inside is where the story lives. Chapter labels, serial numbers, a line of the manifesto printed at the back neck. Numbered pieces carry a passport — register it and the piece is recorded to your name, for verification, repairs, and whatever the archive becomes.
